Job Description:

Key Accountabilities:
1.      Member information maintenance and bonus adjustment:
             Report members and bonus adjustment information before 17:00 on 26th  each month at Beijing time.
             Investigate each piece of information of member to ensure 100% accurate.
             Strictly inspect bonus adjustment date to ensure the reality of information.
             Strictly control the violation of operation for members and the phenomenon of bonus adjustment.
             Distributor number and other information management in system.

2.   Sales data collection, organization and modification:
             Finish regional sales data combination with last month and report in sales bank of system before 12:00 on 1st each month at Beijing time.
             Check the sales PVBV with finance department to ensure data accurate.
             Adjust errors of sales data according to market requirement.

3Bonus calculation, processing and payment:
             Distribute bonus bank into branch before 17:00 on 7th each moth at South Africa time.
             Distribute Honorary bonus into branches17:00 on 17th,2nd month of each quarter
             Complete the works of Cars debit, bonus freezing and tax deduction.

4.    Data support:
             To support the market development, issues monthly upgrade list, data of top 50 among teams of all stars to branches.
             Provide the marketing list according to promotional situation.
             Provide branched various network data and estimated data according to market demand.

5.   Maintenance of system and network:
             Maintain computer system of region
             Manage and maintain Distributor Management System,distributor information management platform, BI platform.

6.   Operation Principle:
             Update timely operation principle based on market situation.
             Deal with dispute related to market according to the operation principle.

7. Preaching of business plan as well as implementation:

SPECIFIC SKILLS & ABILITIES:
             Bachelor and above degree, major in calculation analysis, computer science, information management, or similar;
             More than 2 years experience of same kind of job, experience in direct selling company is preferred;
             Have some knowledge of the computer information system and information management;
             Strong skills of analysis, communication and problem shooting & solving skills;
             Goal-oriented, strong sense of initiative and aggressive;
             Proficient in English writing, speaking;
             Familiar with common office software, such as Microsoft Office.
             Ever studying abroad or overseas work experience is preferred.
